Kısaca

• Hesap yok, giriş yok. Girdiğiniz kişiler, anılar, duygular, notlar, fotoğraflar, ses ve video kayıtları yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır ve bize gönderilmez.
• Satın alma doğrulaması için Google Play veya Apple App Store ile RevenueCat, abonelik bilgilerinizi işler.
• Analitik veya izleme SDK’sı yok. Uygulamayı nasıl kullandığınıza dair veri toplamayız.
• Reklam yok, verilerinizi satmıyoruz.

1. Veri sorumlusu

Nodemory, Hüseyin Cihad Güler tarafından bireysel olarak geliştirilir ve yayınlanır (“biz”). 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) ve Avrupa Birliği Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (GDPR) kapsamında veri sorumlusu odur.

2. Cihazınızda kalan veriler

Uygulamaya girdiğiniz aşağıdaki içerikler, cihazınızdaki uygulamaya özel yerel bir veritabanında ve uygulama klasöründe saklanır. Bu veriler sunucularımıza gönderilmez; biz dahil hiç kimse bunlara erişemez:

• Adınız ve eklediğiniz kişilerin adları, kategorileri, önem puanları
• İlişki bağlantıları (enerji, sıklık, derinlik, neden)
• Günlük check-in kayıtları, duygu etiketleri ve notlar
• Anılar ve bunlara eklediğiniz fotoğraf, ses ve video dosyaları
• Uygulama ayarları ve seri bilgisi

Şifreli yedek: Yedek almayı seçerseniz verileriniz, belirlediğiniz parolayla AES-256 ile şifrelenmiş bir dosyaya yazılır. Bu dosyanın nereye kaydedileceğine veya kiminle paylaşılacağına siz karar verirsiniz. Parolanızı bilmiyoruz ve kurtaramayız.

Uygulama kaldırıldığında veya Ayarlar → “Tüm Verileri Sıfırla” kullanıldığında bu veriler cihazdan silinir.

3. Cihazdan çıkan veriler ve üçüncü taraflar

3.1 Satın almalar — Google Play, Apple App Store ve RevenueCat

Premium satın aldığınızda ödeme, Uygulamayı indirdiğiniz mağaza (Google Play veya Apple App Store) tarafından işlenir; kart bilgilerinizi biz görmeyiz. Aboneliğinizin geçerliliğini doğrulamak için RevenueCat, Inc. hizmetini kullanırız. RevenueCat’e şunlar iletilir:

• Uygulamanın rastgele oluşturduğu anonim bir kullanıcı kimliği
• Satın alma jetonu, ürün kimliği, satın alma/yenilenme/iptal tarihleri ve ülke/para birimi bilgisi
• Cihaz işletim sistemi, uygulama sürümü ve dil gibi teknik bilgiler

Amaç: aboneliğin doğrulanması ve premium özelliklerin açılması (sözleşmenin ifası). Adınız, e-postanız veya uygulama içeriğiniz RevenueCat’e gönderilmez. Mağazaların verileri işleme şekli için: Google Gizlilik Politikası · Apple Gizlilik Politikası.

3.2 Web demosu

hcguler.github.io/nodemory adresindeki web demosu örnek verilerle çalışır, girdiğiniz bilgiler tarayıcınızda tutulur ve her açılışta silinir. Sayfa GitHub Pages üzerinde barındırılır; GitHub sunucu kayıtlarını kendi gizlilik bildirimi kapsamında işler.

4. İzinler

• Bildirimler: Günlük hatırlatma ve seri bildirimleri. Bildirimler cihazda planlanır, sunucu kullanılmaz.
• Mikrofon: Yalnızca ses kaydı düğmesine bastığınızda, sesli not kaydetmek için.
• Fotoğraf ve video: Sistem seçicisi üzerinden yalnızca sizin seçtiğiniz dosya uygulamaya kopyalanır; galeri erişim izni istenmez. Kamera, sistem kamera uygulaması üzerinden açılır.
• İnternet: Yalnızca satın alma doğrulaması için.

5. Saklama süresi

• Cihazdaki veriler: siz silene veya uygulamayı kaldırana kadar.
• RevenueCat satın alma kayıtları: yasal ve muhasebe yükümlülükleri süresince (RevenueCat politikasına tabi).

6. Haklarınız

KVKK madde 11 ve GDPR kapsamında verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, silme, işlemeye itiraz etme, rızanızı geri alma ve veri taşınabilirliği haklarına sahipsiniz. Cihazdaki verileriniz tamamen sizin kontrolünüzdedir (dışa aktarma ve sıfırlama uygulama içinde). RevenueCat’teki satın alma kaydınızla ilgili taleplerinizi, uygulamadaki anonim kimliğiniz bizim tarafımızdan bilinmediği için satın alma sipariş numaranızla (Google Play → Ödemeler ve abonelikler veya Apple satın alma makbuzu) e-posta yoluyla iletebilirsiniz. Talepler en geç 30 gün içinde yanıtlanır. Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu’na veya bulunduğunuz ülkedeki denetim makamına şikâyette bulunma hakkınız saklıdır.

7. Çocuklar

Nodemory 18 yaş ve üzeri kullanıcılar için tasarlanmıştır. Bilerek 18 yaş altındaki kişilerden veri toplamayız.

8. Güvenlik

Cihazdan çıkan tüm iletişim HTTPS ile şifrelenir. Cihazdaki verilerin güvenliği büyük ölçüde cihazınızın güvenliğine (ekran kilidi, işletim sistemi güncellemeleri) bağlıdır.

9. Değişiklikler

Bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikler uygulama güncellemesi notlarında ve bu sayfada, yürürlük tarihi değiştirilerek duyurulur.

10. Uluslararası aktarım

RevenueCat verileri ABD’de işleyebilir; bu aktarım sözleşmenin ifası için gereklidir ve RevenueCat’in veri işleme koşullarına tabidir.

Privacy Policy

In short

• No account, no sign-in. The people, memories, emotions, notes, photos, audio and video you enter are stored only on your device and are never sent to us.
• Google Play or the Apple App Store, together with RevenueCat, process subscription information to verify purchases.
• No analytics or tracking SDK. We do not collect how you use the app.
• No ads. We do not sell your data.

1. Controller

Nodemory is developed and published by Hüseyin Cihad Güler, an individual developer (“we”), who is the data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Data that stays on your device

The following content is stored in a local, app-private database and folder on your device. It is not sent to our servers and nobody, including us, can access it:

• Your name and the names, categories and importance ratings of the people you add
• Relationship connections (energy, frequency, depth, reason)
• Daily check-ins, emotion tags and notes
• Memories and the photos, audio and video you attach to them
• App settings and streak information

Encrypted backup: If you create a backup, your data is written to a file encrypted with AES-256 using a password you choose. You decide where that file is stored or shared. We do not know your password and cannot recover it.

This data is deleted from the device when you uninstall the app or use Settings → “Reset All Data”.

3. Data that leaves your device and third parties

3.1 Purchases — Google Play, Apple App Store and RevenueCat

Payments are processed by the store you downloaded the App from (Google Play or the Apple App Store); we never see your card details. We use RevenueCat, Inc. to verify your subscription. RevenueCat receives:

• A random, anonymous user ID generated by the app
• Purchase token, product ID, purchase/renewal/cancellation dates, country and currency
• Technical details such as operating system, app version and language

Purpose: verifying your subscription and unlocking Premium (performance of a contract). Your name, email and app content are not sent to RevenueCat. See also the Google Privacy Policy and the Apple Privacy Policy.

3.2 Web demo

The web demo at hcguler.github.io/nodemory runs on sample data; anything you enter stays in your browser and is discarded on every visit. The page is hosted on GitHub Pages, which processes server logs under its own privacy statement.

4. Permissions

• Notifications: daily reminders and streak alerts, scheduled on the device without any server.
• Microphone: only when you tap record, to save a voice note.
• Photos and videos: only the file you pick in the system picker is copied into the app; no gallery-wide access is requested. The camera opens through the system camera app.
• Internet: only for purchase verification.

5. Retention

• On-device data: until you delete it or uninstall the app.
• RevenueCat purchase records: as long as legal and accounting obligations require (subject to RevenueCat’s policy).

6. Your rights

Under KVKK Article 11 and the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to processing, withdraw consent and data portability. Your on-device data is fully under your control (export and reset are in the app). Because we cannot link the app’s anonymous ID to you, send requests about RevenueCat purchase records by email together with your Google Play order number (Google Play → Payments & subscriptions) or Apple purchase receipt. We respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority or the supervisory authority in your country.

7. Children

Nodemory is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

8. Security

All communication leaving the device is encrypted with HTTPS. The security of on-device data largely depends on your device (screen lock, operating system updates).

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in app update notes and on this page with a new effective date.

10. International transfers

RevenueCat may process data in the United States; this transfer is necessary to perform the contract and is subject to RevenueCat’s data processing terms.
