- Boundy'yi aç, sağ üstteki ⚙️ simgesine dokun.
- HESAP bölümünde Hesabımı sil'e dokun.
- Devam → Sil ile onayla.
Silme hemen gerçekleşir ve oyun yeni oyuncu olarak yeniden başlar.
Uygulamaya erişimin yoksa
hcguler.dev@gmail.com adresine "Boundy hesap silme" konulu bir e-posta gönder. Hesabını bulabilmemiz için şunlardan en az birini yaz:
- Oyundaki kullanıcı adın
- Davet kodun (Arkadaşlar ekranında görünür)
- Hesabına bağladığın Google veya Apple e-posta adresi
Talepler en geç 30 gün içinde işlenir ve sonuç e-postayla bildirilir.
Silinen veriler
Hesabın ve ona bağlı sunucu verileri kalıcı olarak silinir: oyun ilerlemesi, coin, seviye, kozmetikler, kullanıcı adı, skorlar ve sıralama kayıtları, lig, arkadaş listesi, davet kodu, VS rütbesi, bilet bakiyesi ve bildirim jetonu.
Saklanan veriler
- Geçmiş günlük meydan okuma şampiyon listelerinde ve rakiplerinin VS maç geçmişinde adın silinir; skor ve maç sonucu, rakiplerin geçmişi bozulmasın diye adsız olarak kalır.
- Satın alma ve reklam ödülü doğrulama kayıtları, aynı makbuzun başka bir hesapta tekrar kullanılmaması ve yasal saklama yükümlülükleri için tutulur; hesabınla bağlantısı (kullanıcı kimliği) kaldırılır.
- Mağaza satın alımları Google Play / App Store hesabında kalır. Reklamsız gibi kalıcı ürünler "Satın alımları geri yükle" ile yeni hesaba geri alınabilir.
- Anonim analiz verileri (Firebase Analytics) kimliğinle ilişkilendirilmeden en fazla 14 ay saklanır.
Delete your account
In the app (fastest)
- Open Boundy and tap the ⚙️ icon at the top right.
- Under ACCOUNT, tap Delete my account.
- Confirm with Continue → Delete.
Deletion happens immediately and the game restarts as a new player.
If you can't access the app
Email hcguler.dev@gmail.com with the subject "Boundy account deletion". Include at least one of the following so we can find your account:
- Your in-game username
- Your invite code (shown on the Friends screen)
- The Google or Apple email address linked to your account
Requests are processed within 30 days and confirmed by email.
Data that is deleted
Your account and the server-side data linked to it are permanently deleted: game progress, coins, level, cosmetics, username, scores and ranking entries, league, friends list, invite code, VS rank, ticket balance and push token.
Data that is kept
- Your name is removed from past daily challenge champion lists and from your opponents' VS match history; the score and match result remain without a name so your opponents' history stays intact.
- Purchase and ad reward verification records are kept so the same receipt cannot be reused on another account and to meet legal retention obligations; the link to your account (user ID) is removed.
- Store purchases stay with your Google Play / App Store account. Permanent items such as Remove Ads can be restored to a new account with "Restore purchases".
- Anonymous analytics data (Firebase Analytics) is kept for up to 14 months without being linked to your identity.
