Bu politika, Boundy mobil oyununun ("Uygulama") hangi verileri topladığını, nasıl kullandığını ve haklarınızı açıklar. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu politikayı kabul etmiş olursunuz.

Hesap bağlamadığınız sürece adınız ve e-posta adresiniz toplanmaz. Telefon numaranız, kesin konumunuz veya ödeme kartı bilgileriniz hiçbir zaman toplanmaz. Ödemeler tamamen Google Play veya Apple tarafından işlenir; kart bilgilerinize erişimimiz yoktur.
2. Uygulama içi satın almalar
Uygulama; reklamsız paket, sezon bileti, başlangıç paketi ve coin paketleri gibi isteğe bağlı ücretli ürünler içerir. Satın alınan her ürünün içeriği satın alma öncesinde açıkça belirtilir; gerçek parayla rastgele içerikli kutu satılmaz. İade talepleri Google Play veya Apple App Store iade politikasına tabidir.
3. Reklamlar
Uygulama Google AdMob reklamları gösterir. AdMob, reklam kimliğinizi kullanarak kişiselleştirilmiş reklam gösterebilir. Kişiselleştirilmiş reklamları cihazınızın Ayarlar → Google → Reklamlar bölümünden kapatabilir veya reklam kimliğinizi silebilirsiniz. Ayrıntılar: Google reklam politikası.
4. Bildirimler
İzin vermeniz halinde uygulama cihazınızda yerel hatırlatma bildirimleri planlar ve arkadaşlarınızın maç davetlerini anlık bildirim olarak iletir. Bildirimleri uygulama ayarlarından veya cihaz ayarlarından istediğiniz zaman kapatabilirsiniz.

Verileriniz satılmaz. Yukarıdaki hizmet sağlayıcılar dışında üçüncü taraflarla paylaşılmaz.
6. Veri güvenliği ve saklama
Veriler şifreli bağlantı (HTTPS/TLS) üzerinden aktarılır. Oyun verileri, hesabınız aktif olduğu sürece saklanır; analitik veriler Firebase'in saklama süreleriyle sınırlıdır.
7. Haklarınız ve veri silme
Hesabınızı uygulama içinden silebilirsiniz: Ayarlar → HESAP → Hesabımı sil. Hesabınız ve ona bağlı sunucu verileri (ilerleme, coin, kozmetikler, kullanıcı adı, skorlar, lig, arkadaş listesi, VS rütbesi) kalıcı olarak silinir. Geçmiş şampiyon listelerinde ve rakiplerin VS maç geçmişinde adınız silinir, sonuç adsız kalır. Satın alma doğrulama kayıtları, makbuzun tekrar kullanılmaması ve yasal saklama için hesabınızla bağlantısı kaldırılarak tutulur. Mağaza satın alımları (ör. Reklamsız) Google Play / App Store hesabınıza bağlı kalır ve "Satın alımları geri yükle" ile geri alınabilir.
Uygulamaya erişiminiz yoksa silme talebini hesap silme sayfasındaki adımlarla hcguler.dev@gmail.com adresine iletebilirsiniz. Verilerinize erişim veya düzeltme talepleri de aynı adrese gönderilebilir. Talepler en geç 30 gün içinde yanıtlanır. KVKK ve GDPR kapsamındaki haklarınız saklıdır.
8. Çocuklar
Uygulama 13 yaş altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek 13 yaş altı çocuklardan kişisel veri toplamaz. Böyle bir durumu fark ederseniz bizimle iletişime geçin; veriler silinir.
9. Değişiklikler
Bu politika güncellenebilir. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayınlanır; önemli değişiklikler uygulama içinde duyurulur.

Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data the Boundy mobile game (the "App") collects, how it is used, and your rights. By using the App you agree to this policy.

Unless you link an account, we do not collect your name or email address. We never collect your phone number, precise location or payment card details. Payments are processed entirely by Google Play or Apple; we never have access to your card information.
2. In-app purchases
The App offers optional paid items such as Remove Ads, Season Pass, Starter Pack and coin packs. The contents of every item are clearly shown before purchase; random-content boxes are never sold for real money. Refunds are subject to the Google Play or Apple App Store refund policy.
3. Advertising
The App shows ads via Google AdMob, which may use your advertising ID to show personalised ads. You can opt out of personalised ads or reset your advertising ID in your device's Settings → Google → Ads. See Google's advertising policy.
4. Notifications
If you grant permission, the App schedules local reminder notifications on your device and delivers your friends' match invites as push notifications. You can turn them off at any time in the App or device settings.

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties other than the service providers above.
6. Security and retention
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Game data is kept while your account is active; analytics data is limited by Firebase's retention settings.
7. Your rights and data deletion
You can delete your account inside the App: Settings → ACCOUNT → Delete my account. Your account and the server-side data linked to it (progress, coins, cosmetics, username, scores, league, friends list, VS rank) are permanently deleted. Your name is removed from past champion lists and from opponents' VS match history; results remain without a name. Purchase verification records are kept, unlinked from your account, to prevent receipt reuse and for legal retention. Store purchases (e.g. Remove Ads) stay with your Google Play / App Store account and can be recovered with "Restore purchases".
If you can no longer access the App, request deletion as described on the account deletion page by emailing hcguler.dev@gmail.com. Requests to access or correct your data can be sent to the same address. Requests are answered within 30 days. Your rights under GDPR and applicable local laws are preserved.
8. Children
The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe this has happened, contact us and the data will be deleted.
9. Changes
This policy may be updated. The current version is always published on this page; significant changes will be announced in the App.
